PORTFOLIO: Bear and the FLower farm.

Jessica and Christopher Fasioli are passionate about raising their pigs with respect – 100% outdoors – on their farm in Irricana, Alberta. To share their unique approach to raising pigs, we developed a farm story catalogue with custom photography to share their story. I visited their farm in the summer of 2018 to capture shots of the pigs enjoying their daily mud baths and straw naps while the crew from Calgary restaurant OEB toured the farm to learn about how the pigs were raised. Available as both a print catalogue and a digital flipbook, the catalogue highlights their commitment to Nutrition, Lifestyle and Genetics. The design uses lots of photos to illustrate their values in practice, combining the modern feel of a square catalogue with a touch of rustic kraft paper.

Along with their commitment to their animals and the land they live on, Jess and Chris give back to their community through a fundraiser program available to schools and community groups. We worked together to develop a fundraiser catalogue, online resources, and digital signup/order forms to faciliate the process, making it efficient and easy to run.
